Mr. Self specializes in schedule and cost evaluation, dispute resolution, and project advisory. He routinely performs schedule and delay analysis, cost analysis and damages quantification, and claim evaluation and development. Mr. Self has also presented in dispute resolution venues such as mediation, negotiations, and DRB hearings.

Mr. Self's background is molded from extensive field experience as a project manager and project engineer with a commercial general contractor. His time in the construction industry covered a myriad of projects in the commercial sector, with specialty experience in larger public-use facilities, highlighted by numerous high-profile aviation programs and a major regional crime laboratory. His construction experience includes estimating, contract negotiation, design management, procurement, project management, project controls, and close-out.
Mr. Self graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering, while minoring in Engineering Management and focusing on Construction Law & Contracts. Mr. Self is also credentialed as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP).
