Mr. Rush specializes in critical path scheduling and schedule analysis, analyzing economic damages, evaluating project controls, and preparing and evaluating claims related to delay, acceleration, and extended costs. He provides these services to contractors, owners, subcontractors, and legal counsel for various types of projects throughout North America.

 

Mr. Rush uses his experience with industry accepted methods to allocate delay responsibility, analyze productivity, and calculate damages on numerous construction and engineering disputes.  His project advisory and dispute resolution experience spans across various industries, including infrastructure, power generation (hydroelectric, solar, gas turbine, and wind facilities), vertical construction, educational, and medical facilities.

Mr. Rush graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor Degree of Arts, Economics. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish.
